Email addresses are collected solely for the purpose of receiving and sending images/files, communications of services or notifications of accepted payments and processed orders placed by users of this service. ImageGoose.com will not sell, rent or provide your personal information to any third-party, unless required to do so by judicial order, process or rule, or in the event ImageGoose.com reasonably determines that disclosure is essential to protect itself, its customers or third-parties from physical or financial harm that may result from unlawful or dangerous conduct.
- Credit Card Information:
ImageGoose does not collect credit card information. All credit card payments for services are processed by PayPal and governed by their privacy policies.
- Use of Cookies:
ImageGoose does not use cookies at the present time.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the ImageGoose.com service ("Service"). ImageGoose.com reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. Please refer to this site periodically for any changes. By continuing to access or use the Service after ImageGoose.com makes any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

- Submissions:
You may electronically submit certain material to ImageGoose.com, including without limitation, photographic images, as part of your use of the Service ("Submissions"). Under these Terms, you agree that you will NOT submit any of the following material to ImageGoose.com:

Any threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, inappropriate or profane material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law;
- Any kind of illegal adult content;
- Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) who are shown in the material if applicable;
- Any material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group. While ImageGoose.com is not responsible for, and does not comment on, the content of Submissions provided by ImageGoose.com customers, ImageGoose.com reserves the right to decline or delete the Submissions containing any of the material listed above;
- Copyright Notice:
Each image submitter is required by law to own the right to, or to obtain permission to, use and alter any image before the image is delivered to ImageGoose.com. At ImageGoose.com discretion and in appropriate circumstances, ImageGoose.com may block and terminate all relationships with customers who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Payments and Refund Policy:
All payments to ImageGoose.com will be made by the following methods.
1.) PayPal Online Order Processing.(Credit card payments.)
2.) Interac money transfer.
3.) Cheque, money order or any other mutually agreed upon payment option.
Service payment is non-refundable, all work must be approved by the customer before payment is required.
Refunds are available only to customers who have paid a deposit for larger jobs and projects and the customer and ImageGoose.com cannot come to a mutually acceptable agreement or outcome.
Any default on payment to ImageGoose for completed services will result in the loss of ownership and copyright to the edited image.
- Limited Warranty:
ImageGoose.com produces consistent, premium quality custom digital image editing and output services. Quality is rigorously controlled and is guaranteed. ImageGoose.com makes the following warranty and disclaims any other express or implied representations or warranties: ImageGoose.com will execute its customers' clear and complete instructions in accordance with highest professional standards. If the preview image presented by ImageGoose.com does not correspond to the instructions received by the customer, ImageGoose.com will redo the work at no additional charge.
- Limited Liability:
ImageGoose.com is not liable for any consequential damages due to its failure to make any edits, delay in delivering work product, or any technical problem (including loss or destruction of files). ImageGoose.com liability shall be limited to the cost of image editing services. Customers always should keep a copy of the original image files. ImageGoose.com only retains customer image files for a period of 14 days after the order is completed.
